Project planning is just beginning. Kennewick and Richland want to hear citizens' concerns, issues and suggestions. The Cities will evaluate all input received during the planning process. We are committed to identifying and implementing cost-effective options for this project that meet the needs and preferences of our citizens, resulting in a community supported project.
