An Urban Arterial is considered a restricted access roadway for the movement of traffic from one area to another. Generally, an Urban Arterial consists of 2 lanes in each direction (4 lanes total). The configuration of how the Urban Arterial will be designed and ultimately constructed is the subject of this planning phase project.
