9. What access will be provided to the neighborhoods adjacent to the Steptoe Street Extension?
Vehicle access from the adjacent neighborhoods will be limited to intersections with existing roadways (Gage Blvd; Clearwater; 4th Avenue; 10th Avenue; Clodfelter, Center Parkway). Pedestrian and bicycle access from the adjacent neighborhoods will be investigated during the planning phase.
