12. When will the Steptoe Street Extension be constructed?
The construction of this project is not yet funded. The current planning effort will result in a preliminary design. The Cities of Kennewick and Richland are currently seeking construction funding. If successful in obtaining funds, the Steptoe Street Extension project could be under construction as early as 2007.
