24. What will the posted speed limit be?
The posted speed limit will be determined by a number of factors, including the traffic study, engineering evaluation and State law, and will ultimately require the approval of the City Councils of Kennewick and Richland. Currently, it is anticipated that the posted speed limit will be 40 mph, which is consistent with the existing section of Steptoe Street North of Gage Boulevard.
